5.8 Ecological core assets and operating logic
LynkCoDAO adopts the "dual-coin model" to build a collaborative ecosystem between LNK and USO, leveraging their complementary functions:
Main currency LNK: LNK is an ecological value carrier, and its price fluctuates around the community consensus price. LNK is mainly used for:
Pledge appreciation: single coin pledge (12-hour Rebase reward 0.3% -1%) and dual coin pledge (LNK + USO bonus income).
Governance certificate: LNK's position determines the voting weight, and users can participate in key decisions such as agreement parameter adjustment and reserve change.
Deflation-driven: reducing liquidity through a bond destruction mechanism, increasing its scarcity and market value.

Stablecoin USO: USO, as a stablecoin, anchors the value of $1, and its functions are as follows:
Minting method: Collateral LNK or cryptocurrencies (such as ETH, BTC) into the treasury, or trigger 1:1 minting through USDT subscription bonds.
Application scenarios: used for pledging (annualized income 1.96% -3.27%), lending, treasury reserves, etc., to become a stable anchor for value exchange within the ecosystem.
Stability guarantee: Through the algorithm to automatically adjust the collateral, combined with the LNK reserve backstop, to ensure the long-term stability of USO.

USO > 1.02 USD
Agreement to sell USO to buy LNK → inject into the BSC pool → increase selling pressure to bring the price down
USO < 0.98 USD
Start emergency bond window: 1USO = 0.99USDT + bonus 3% LNK → Incentive arbitrage rebounds
Extreme decoupling (> ± 5%)
Trigger fuse protocol: suspend casting/redemption, enable algorithm repository (library A) temporary anchoring
Community governance: The DAO 3.0 architecture with separation of powers
LynkCoDAO emphasizes "fully decentralized governance" to ensure the transparency and fairness of ecological development:
Governance participation in the whole process: Any LNK holder can initiate proposals (such as adjusting the consensus anchor price, modifying the reward ratio, etc.), which are automatically executed by the smart contract after publicity and voting. The voting weight is tied to the amount of positions held and the duration of the pledge, encouraging long-term participants.

Key governance scenarios: adjustment of the number of reserve LNKs, new USO collateral types, and the direction of capital use (such as ecological expansion, risk reserves, etc.) require community voting.
