LynkCoDAO Governance Award, Reward Mechanism

Withdrawal mechanism: LynkCoDAO members need to choose a release period when withdrawing income. Different periods correspond to different tax proportions, of which 50% of the tax will be used to manage the prize pool. During the release period, LNK will continue to release according to the frequency of blocks on the chain.
